Happy Monday! Over the weekend the Artifact Uprising book I order showed up on my doorstep. I've been working on this book since my son was born and it felt wonderful to finally have the finished product in my hands. The Artifact Uprising site was extremely easy to use and I'm very satisfied with my experience. I went ahead and ordered a book for all the grandparents as a surprise! Take a peek...
My dear friend Shannon is an amazing person and an amazing photographer. A really, really, really long time ago... like years ago, she asked me if I would redesign her logo. I finally got around to it. Here is the before and after. Cards are in the works and will be shared soon too!

My son turned one in February. It's been a trip, but I love him more than I would have ever imagined. Over the past year I've been documenting the month by month growth of this little guy and I just finished putting together a book using Artifact Uprising. I can't wait to get the printed copy!

I've been following Pope St. Victor on Instagram for quite some time now. I saw that he was friends with Tony Hale... and really how much more do you need to know? I mean seriously Buster quotes are a daily occurrence, "Heeeeey brother, can I have a hit off that juice box?"
Back to what I was saying. Besides being friends with Tony Hale, Pope St. Victor has some of the most awesome illustrations I've ever seen. He's working on a book right now and I can't wait till it comes out. For now though, his "Illustrated Thoughts" are more than enough to satisfy.
Morgan and Tim are officially married and I have the photos to prove it! Lucky for you guys, I made friends with the Weeno Photography husband and wife team and they happily agreed to let me feature them here on the blog!
Weddings are such special days and I was honored to be a part of it. The behind the scenes view of a bridesmaid is priceless because you get to experience all of the emotions from that day. It seemed like such a long time ago that the 'maids piled into a minivan and headed to Seattle to find "the dress". When the day finally came, it was perfect. The sun even came out and that's pretty rare for January around these parts. The ceremony was beautiful, the reception was delightful and the photographers did an exquisite job of capturing the ambiance of both.
